The Burk Bracket is perfect for mounting your MDR3 or MDR4 anywhere on the camera and in any orientation with the simple twist of a kip handle. The Preston MDR plate attaches to the swivel bracket in 3 different orientations, and the swivel bracket mounts to any arri standard 3/8-16 receiver.
The swivel bracket also allows the MDR to swing away to access any cables or buttons under it.
The Preston plate also has a flat surface on the back other accessories can be attached with velcro.
